Creating Illustrations For Children
I have a great love for children's books and the joy they bring to the lives of children. I am inspired by the lives of my own children, and try to look at my work through the perspective of their eyes. I hope to capture some of their joy, excitement, and wonder in my work.
Creating Picture Books
As a visual storyteller, it has been my long time goal to write and illustrate my own picture books for children. I'm one step closer to reaching my goal with my nearly complete picture book dummy titled, 'Our Pizza Garden.'
Inspiration
My children are often the inspiration for
my illustrations and writing.
Characters
I love to draw and give life to characters from stories. Some of my favorite characters come from mythology, legend and fantasy stories.

I recently illustrated the first two books in a middle grade fiction series written by Bryan Givens. The first book is titled 'Jack and The Hollow Hill'. The second book titled 'Jack and The Giant's Bargain' is set to be released on September 22nd 2022!
